the staff was friendly, welcoming, and flexible in accommodating our needs. the rooms were comfortable and clean. the hotel has a prime location near Piazza Armerina, Pergusa Lake, and nature preserve park. the breakfast was fantastic and had a great selection of local food. the parking was ample and even had an electric car charging point.
The language barrier was a slight issue as the owners did not speak English fluently. they made up for it by being extremely kind and helpful.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome despite the language barrier. The room was large and comfortable and I found it quite clean. The home made omlette and delicious local cheeses at breakfast were fantastic. The hotel had some character and a great EV charge point just outside. Additionally, the parking was convenient, and I felt good about leaving my car there.
Everything was spot on. The hotel had no negative aspects that I encountered during my stay.

The family-run hotel I stayed at during my business trip was a great experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They offered a delicious local breakfast with amazing cheeses and homemade omelettes. The hotel’s location was perfect for me as it was situated near a beautiful lake where I took a 5km walk. What I enjoyed the most was the hotel’s character and charm. The room was comfortable and clean, and the EV charge point outside was a bonus for my electric car.
Although I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, the restaurant was not up to my expectations. I went there for lunch on a rainy day and the waiter seemed disturbed by our presence.

The hotel is located near Piazza Armerina and the beautiful old town, making it an ideal location for exploring the area. the Pergusa lake is also nearby and the perfect spot for a pleasant walk in nature. the owners were extremely hospitable and fulfilled every request. Plus, the traditional villa has been recently renovated, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We had a less than average experience at the restaurant. the spaghetti pommodoro we ordered tasted average and the sauce was clearly from a box.
